Early Years Services

Emerge Early Years Services (EEYS) is the Early Years Manager and licensee of eleven Early Years Services across the Wimmera Region. All our centres align with the Victorian Early Years Learning Development Framework and are regulated by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) and meet the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and the Education and Care Services National Regulations.

ABOUT EMERGE

Emerge Early Years Services (EEYS) formerly known as HDKA is a not-for-profit Early Years Manager, providing Management for 11 Early Years services including Kindergarten and Long Day Care programs across the Wimmera Region. 
EEYS is licensed by the Department of Education and Training (DET) to operate children’s services, and as such are responsible for ensuring compliance with State Government licensing requirements.  
EEYS is operated by a Board of Management as required under the EEYS Constitution. The Board consists of a minimum of 5 elected representatives.

Board members are volunteers who are chosen to ensure the Board has a wide range of skills, experience and expertise. The Board are responsible for the broader issues such as policy direction, Finance and Risk, compliance with legislative requirements, strategic planning and direction for the organisation. All services managed by EEYS implement the Victorian Early Years Learning Development Framework and the national early years curriculum framework Belonging Being and Becoming.
